ARTICLE 1 : Le concours international
de guitare de la ville de CARPENTRAS est ouvert à tous les guitaristes de
toutes nationalités, âgés de moins de 35 ans et nés après le 1er janvier 1968.
ARTICLE 2 : Le concours international
de guitare est organisé par le centre culturel de CARPENTRAS (Association
Concours International de Guitare de Carpentras - Ass. : 0843004168 – J.O.
du 11 janvier 2003).
Les inscriptions seront closes le 10 avril 2004. Pour tout renseignement s’adresser au centre culturel de CARPENTRAS - La Charité - 77, rue COTTIER - 84200 CARPENTRAS – France – Tél. : 06.07.19.29.62 / Fax : 04.90.49.95.69. / Email : guit.carpentras@laposte.net.
ARTICLE 3 : Entre le 10 avril et le 15 avril 2004, les candidats recevront confirmation de leur inscription au concours.
ARTICLE 4 : Les éliminatoires et la finale de ce concours se dérouleront à CARPENTRAS. Seules les épreuves finales seront publiques.
ARTICLE 5 : Le jury composé des personnalités les plus distinguées du monde musical, est souverain, et ses décisions sont irrévocables.
ARTICLE 6 : Les éliminatoires auront lieu les jeudi 13 mai 2004 et vendredi 14 mai 2004, toute la journée.
ARTICLE 7 : Trois ou cinq
candidats seront sélectionnés pour la finale qui aura lieu le samedi 15 mai
2004 en soirée. L’intérêt du programme libre sera un facteur déterminant
pour l’attribution des prix.
ARTICLE 8 : Le voyage et le
séjour seront totalement à la charge des candidats. Le guide des hôteliers
leur sera adressé afin qu’ils procèdent eux-même à la réservation de leurs
chambres.
ARTICLE 9 : Le premier prix
recevra la somme de 5000 € ainsi qu’une guitare de concert Dominique DELARUE.
Le second prix la somme de 1000 €. Le troisième prix la somme de 700 €. Pour les éventuels quatrième et cinquième prix, un premier et deuxième accessit seront attribués.
ARTICLE 10 : Le jury se réserve
le droit de ne pas attribuer toutes les récompenses, si le niveau des candidats
ne lui paraît pas suffisant.
ARTICLE 11 : Les noms des membres du jury demeureront secrets jusqu’au jour du concours.
ARTICLE 12 : Afin de cautionner son inscription, chaque candidat devra adresser la somme de 100
€ au Concours International de Guitare de CARPENTRAS - Centre culturel La
Charité - 77, rue Cottier - 84200 CARPENTRAS - FRANCE. Ce droit d’inscription
reste acquis au Concours International de Guitare de CARPENTRAS..
ARTICLE 13 : L’inscription implique l’acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement. En cas de litige, seul le texte français fait foi.
ARTICLE 14 : La direction
du concours se réserve le droit d’annuler la compétition 2004 si toutefois
le nombre de candidats inscrits s’avérait insuffisant.

ARTICLE 3 : Confirmation of enrolement in the competition will be notified to the candidates between the 10th of April and the 15th of April 2004.
ARTICLE 4 : The
preliminaries rounds and the final of the competition will take place in
Carpentras. These rounds will be open to the public.
ARTICLE 5 : The
jury composed of the most distinguished personalities of the musical world,
is the only judge and their decisions are irrevocable.
ARTICLE 6 : The preliminaries rounds will take place on the 13th and 14th of May 2004 during th whole day.
ARTICLE 7 : Three or five candidates will be chosen for the final which will take place on the evening of the 15th of May 2004. The quality of the pieces chosen by the candidates themselves will be a decisive factor in the awardings.
ARTICLE 8 : Travelling
and accomadation expenses are to be paid by the candidates. A hotel guide-book
will be sent for them to reserve their rooms.
ARTICLE 9 : The
first prize will receive a cheque of 5000 € and a guitar-concert by Dominique
DELARUE. The second prize: a cheque of 1000 €. The third prize a cheque of
700 €. For the 4th and 5th eventuals prizes, a first and a second accessit will be attributed.
ARTICLE 10 : The jury keeps the right to retain some of the awwards if the standard of the candidates is considered unsufficient.
ARTICLE 11 : The names of the jury members will remain secret until the day of the competition.
ARTICLE 12 : Each
candidat must sent a deposit of 100 € as the guarantees of enrolement to
Concours international de guitare de Carpentras. This registration will remain
credited to the Concours international de guitare de Carpentras.
ARTICLE 13 : Enrolment
in the competition implies full acceptance of the above rules. In case of
disagreement, only the french text will be used as a reference.
ARTICLE 14 : The
direction of the Concours international de guitare may canceled the competition
if the number of candidates is too insufficient.
